Warranty & Returns

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Refund Policy:

A full refund can only be issued during the first 30 days upon receipt of the product, Refunded or exchanged products must be in the condition that you received them. Please pack the item in a manner which will ensure it arriving undamaged.

Warranty Policy:

Unless otherwise specified, We warrant our products for 1 year under normal, non-commercial use. During the first 90 days from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace any defective product.

After 90 days and up to 1 year of purchase, we will subject to inspection, repair the defective product or replace it with a new or reconditioned unit. A shipping rebate will be extended to the customer in the event that a defect in material or workmanship is confirmed.

The warranty period is a year from the date of original purchase. A replacement item, if sent, does not restart, or in any way extend, the warranty period.

Return Policy:

All returns items must have prior authorization and receive an RMA number: To obtain an RMA number, please email our customer service at reliablelaptopparts@gmail.com.

If you need return, please check twice to confirm the item not work and contact us, let us know the detailed problem. Then get a unique address for return.

Please check the package once receiving. If the package damage during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and it will return to us, then contact us right away.

Defective items will be fully refunded or replaced after matching the serial number with the one in our records.

Non Defective items: We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee, Customer is responsible to ship the item back to us.

Once we receive your return we will ship a replacement or process a refund within 3-5 business days

Shipping errors:

If we make an error with your order sending you an incorrect product, you of course may return the item. Please Contact Us to discuss the details prior to returning any item..

Cancelled Orders:

Any order cancelled by the customer prior to processing will be deleted from our system without any charge. Should an order be cancelled by the customer after it has been processed and shipped, the customer will be responsible for returning the parcel at their expense or refusing delivery.
